Charlotte Neumann Obituary

Charlotte Ann Neumann, age 61, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was born on March 3, 1964, in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, to Robert and Diana Baacke. Charlotte was a proud graduate of Tomahawk High School.

On May 22, 1999, Charlotte married the love of her life, Jeff Neumann. Together, they built a beautiful life in West Bend, Wisconsin, filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Charlotte lived life to the fullest and was known for her boundless energy and adventurous spirit. She loved the outdoors and staying active, finding joy in fishing and fly fishing, camping, traveling, pickleball, exercising, golfing, hiking mountain ranges whenever she had the chance, racquetball (earning a state champion title), gardening, playing games with family and friends, and even the occasional fun trip to the casino.

Charlotte was a bright, vibrant soul who touched countless lives with her infectious personality, kindness, and zest for life. While she will be deeply missed, her spirit and love for living will be remembered forever.

Charlotte is survived by her devoted husband, Jeff Neumann; her children Sara Shattuck (David), Mike Olson (Dani), and Jamie Neumann (fiancé Charlie Witek); and her beloved grandchildren Audrey, Abby, and Brooke Shattuck, and Sawyer and Beau Olson. She is also survived by her siblings Dennis Baacke (Patti), Carol Springer (Stephen), Dave Baacke (Sue), and Don Baacke (Brenda); her mother-in-law Scharlene Neumann; sister-in-law Vicky Glisch (Brian); brother-in-law Eric Neumann (Melissa); as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Diana Baacke, and her father-in-law, Jerome Neumann.
